Which condenser operating data should be looked at?
We will look at the temperature difference, vacuum degree, and power generation load. Under normal conditions of the unit hardware, the temperature difference can directly reflect the heat exchange efficiency. The vacuum degree is an important parameter reflecting power generation efficiency, but there are many factors affecting the vacuum degree. Altitude, power generation load, inlet water temperature vacuum pump, and so on can all affect the vacuum degree。
Based on the design values, efforts should be made to minimize the end difference, increase the vacuum degree, ensure the steam turbine operates under the most favourable vacuum conditions, and strengthen the supervision of cooling equipment and cooling water quality。
