4、Pre-reform situation: The cooling system of Gree Electric's injection molding machine had severe scaling in the cooling pipes before installation. It required regular disassembly and cleaning, affecting production continuity. The presence of scale impacted heat exchange efficiency, reducing production efficiency。

5、Take measures: Install an S38 electronic water conditioner on the cooling water inlet pipe of the injection molding machine

6、Effect: After using it for two weeks, the injection molding machine was repaired, and the old scale was removed。

Comparison of the effects before and after installation：

（1）Before installation

Based on the photos taken before installation, it can be seen that the limescale has a certain thickness, indicating that it is hard limescale and difficult to clean。

（2）Record of effects after 10 days of use

After using it for ten days, if you open the same spot, you can see that the scale has started to decrease, and some of the scale have begun to soften and come off easily.

（3）Open the photo records of the same location after one and a half months.

Effectiveness Verification Analysis: A noticeable difference can be observed before and after use. After one and a half months of installation, while preventing the formation of new limescale, three-quarters of the original hard limescale has been removed. Continued use can ensure the complete removal of limescale, allowing the cooling system to operate efficiently。
