A certain technology company in Kunshan has added new equipment.

A certain technology company in Kunshan is a Taiwan funded listed electronic enterprise. Due to strict government restrictions on the company's total discharge volume, to ensure the excellent condition of production equipment, reduce the discharge volume and reprocessing costs of the factory's cooling water circulation system, and improve production efficiency, all four cooling systems in the factory are equipped with Como water processors。

In 2014, the factory's four cooling systems were already equipped with Como electronic water processors。

As seen in the above image, there is sporadic brown algae at the bottom of the cooling tower, the old scale on the inner wall of the packing has completely fallen off, and there is still a small amount of residue on the outer wall. At the same time, the water quality inside the tower is clear, with some sediment at the bottom, indicating that the descaling, flocculation, and algae-killing functions of the Como equipment are working together in the cooling system。

After more than six months of continuous testing and recording, the company's staff confirmed the effects of the Como water treatment device on descaling, anti-scaling, algae elimination, sterilization, and physical flocculation. The company is very satisfied with the performance of the Como equipment in the cooling water circulation system。

By July 2018, since the equipment had been operating well over the past few years, the company proposed to continue its cooperation with Como and requested to add two more Como water treatment units to the chiller cooling system。

On July 5th at the installation site, the technicians from Como repeatedly tested the equipment on-site to ensure its safe and normal operation。

The status monitoring cabinet can remotely monitor equipment status, reducing personnel workload and requiring no special maintenance。

The company is very satisfied with the performance of the Como equipment in the cooling water circulation system and stated that they will continue to cooperate in the future.
